We extend a warm welcome to you and a commitment to make your Private Pilot Theory Training as informative and interesting as possible. 

Auckland Aero Club would like you to study the six private Pilot Licence theory subjects in the following order; Flight Radio Telephone Operator, Human Factors, Meteorology, Aircraft General Knowledge, Aviation Law & Navigation. You can click on the Login Link to register and 'pay as you go' for individual subjects. Alternatively, please send us an email to pay for all 6 subjects, and we will provide your last subject free of charge if you complete within 12 months. All subjects are valid for 4 months and you can keep the Student Reference Manual and resource materials. 

The current costs the Private Pilot Subjects are as follows: 

FRTO - $145, Human Factors - $299,  Meteorology - $299, Aircraft Technical Knowledge - $299, Law - $175, & Navigation - $175.

At the end of your studies you will need to enroll in the NCAAA Approved (Aspeq) external examination fees Approx. $95 per subject.
